This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Glims.io ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
All monthly and yearly subscription plans include a 3-day free trial.

Once your 3-day free trial period ends and your subscription begins, no refunds will be provided.
Why? The trial period is designed to give you ample time to test all features risk-free before committing to a paid subscription.
Exception: In cases where technical issues prevent you from using the service, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hey@glims.io with details.
No Trial: Lifetime plans do not include a trial period.
No Refunds: All lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage users to test our service with a monthly or yearly trial plan before committing to a lifetime purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
Important: After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time.
If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., cancellation during trial period):
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions. Only full refunds are provided during the 3-day trial period as outlined in this policy.
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
Once the 3-day trial period ends, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
All lifetime plan sales are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, you forfeit all refund rights under this policy. Your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
If you purchased your subscription through a third-party reseller or partner platform, all refund requests must be directed to that platform. Glims.io is not responsible for refunds on third-party purchases.
