Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Glims.io ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Trial Period

All monthly and yearly subscription plans include a 3-day free trial.

During the Trial:

  • You can cancel anytime without being charged.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you will receive a full refund of any charges (if accidentally charged).
  • No questions asked, no fees applied.

After the Trial:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged at the end of the 3-day trial period.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period through your account settings to avoid any charges.

2. Post-Trial Refunds

Once your 3-day free trial period ends and your subscription begins, no refunds will be provided.

Why? The trial period is designed to give you ample time to test all features risk-free before committing to a paid subscription.

Exception: In cases where technical issues prevent you from using the service, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hey@glims.io with details.

3. Lifetime Plan

No Trial: Lifetime plans do not include a trial period.

No Refunds: All lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable.

Recommendation: We strongly encourage users to test our service with a monthly or yearly trial plan before committing to a lifetime purchase.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Glims account
  2. Click on your profile button in the top right corner
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" from the dropdown menu
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation

Important: After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time.

5. Refund Processing Time

If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., cancellation during trial period):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions. Only full refunds are provided during the 3-day trial period as outlined in this policy.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

a. After Trial Period

Once the 3-day trial period ends, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

b. Lifetime Plan Purchases

All lifetime plan sales are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

c. Terms of Service Violations

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading illegal or prohibited content
  • Abusive behavior or platform misuse
  • Breach of licensing agreements

d. Chargeback Claims

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, you forfeit all refund rights under this policy. Your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute.

e. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party reseller or partner platform, all refund requests must be directed to that platform. Glims.io is not responsible for refunds on third-party purchases.

f. Technical Issues on User's End

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:

  • Browser incompatibility or outdated browsers
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Device hardware limitations
  • User error or lack of technical knowledge

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
