Welcome to Glims.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glims.io ("we", "us", "our"), a browser-based platform that allows users to create short videos from images and clips.
By accessing or using our website and services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glims.io. By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Glims.io to upload media temporarily in your browser to create short videos. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded or stored on our servers unless you explicitly opt in to publish or showcase your work.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Upload content that violates any third-party rights.
- Attempt to harm or interfere with the Service's integrity.
3. User Content
By default, your content is not stored by us. You retain all rights to your media. If you choose to showcase a video publicly, you grant Glims.io a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that specific content on our platform or gallery.
You remain responsible for the legality and rights associated with your content.
4. Account and Access
Account creation may be required for saving templates or showcasing videos. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment. Payments are handled securely by third-party processors, and we do not store any payment information. Prices may change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content provided by Glims.io (excluding user content) remain our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service abusively or unlawfully.
8. Disclaimers
Glims.io is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Glims.io is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the Services.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website. Continued use indicates acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
